Changing the type of product ordered
Please contact as soon as the sales department via email sapho@sapho.cz goods change, or cancel the entire order, and you can make a new one.
Change payment

The change in time and transport method
Given the type of goods transported we have already experienced how it can best quality goods sent. The term can, in most cases agree. If you do not confirmed dates, please contact us by email sapho@sapho.cz
Changing the number of pieces
If you wish to increase or decrease the number of units ordered, just contact us by email sapho@sapho.cz If this is not the product we ordered tailor-make an immediate change. For tiles, paving, and some products please note that the cart is inserted multiple whole package.
Price of transport
Shipping costs are dependent on the type of goods ordered, weight and dimensions.
For goods weighing up to 30kg can choose the transport courier service PPL.
If it is a brittle or bulkier products can be used transportation SAPHO.

Return goods without giving any reason
We are a stable company and buying with us is risk free. Goods purchased in our e-shop can be returned without giving any reason within 14 days of purchase. Upon returning the product must not be damaged in any way. Detailed conditions for the return of goods can be found here
