Terms & Conditions for the Purchase of Sanitary Ware

Delivery Period

The availability of a particular product can be checked in our B2B System. Delivery periods depend on the type of delivery (Store Collection, Home Delivery etc.). Make sure your order for a Store Collection is sent 24h prior to the collection, so you avoid unnecessary waiting for the goods at our Store. A special (and previously agreed) delivery period applies on bespoke products or on bulk goods.

Orders

Orders sent through the B2B System are confirmed to the Customer automatically. Orders sent via E-Mail are confirmed by the Sales Assistant. A fee of a 1% of the total order value applies on all orders sent via E-Mail or Fax. A discount on Promotion or Fire-Sale items can only be applied on orders sent through the B2B System. If the goods from the order are not collected within 3 weeks of the order confirmation, the orders is considered cancelled and a storage fee can be charged.

Order Cancellation

Orders containing products with a blue marked price (Stock Items) can be cancelled 24h prior ro the dispatch. Order cancellation must be sent to our sales assistant in writing, otherwise it will be considered invalid. A cancellation fee may be charged. Bespoke or made to measure products cannot be cancelled.

Prices

All current and valid retail prices are available in the Online-Shop (they may not correspond with prices in the printed catalogue). Purchase prices are available in the B2B System after Login. Complete purchase price list can be downloaded from the B2B System if necessary.

How to pay

If the maturity condition is respected, a credit note with a 2% discount is issued at the end of the quarter Personal Store Collect at our Store in Libeznice (not valid for a pick-up by a forwarder.

Invoicing

Extended invoice maturity is 10 days. Invoices are sent in an electronic form.

Packaging

The supplier provides sufficient packaging to protect the shipment. In case of requests for a special packaging a packing fee of 20 € is charged.

Place of delivery

Client´s Store or Warehouse.

Returns and Refunds

Unused and uninstalled Products in their original condition can be returnded for a refund within 8 weeks of delivery without giving a reason. A cancellation fee of 8% of the item value may be charged. Any item excluding Wall and Floor Tiles, Shower Enclosures, Steel Bathtubs and bespoke or made to measure products can be returned for a refund.

The supplier cannot accept any responsibility for damages that may arise from any ommissions or errors in processing the orders.

WARNING: Ordered quantities not corresponding with the packaging information mentioned in the B2B System are always rounded up to the nearest whole packaging. The supplier CANNOT guarantee the same color shade and caliber as in the previous delivery! If the goods from the order are not collected within 3 weeks of the order confirmation, the orders is considered cancelled and a storage fee can be charged.
