Terms & Conditions for the Purchase of Sanitary Ware
Delivery Period
The availability of a particular product can be checked in our B2B System. Delivery periods depend on the type of delivery (Store Collection, Home Delivery etc.). Make sure your order for a Store Collection is sent 24h prior to the collection, so you avoid unnecessary waiting for the goods at our Store. A special (and previously agreed) delivery period applies on bespoke products or on bulk goods.
Orders
Orders sent through the B2B System are confirmed to the Customer automatically. Orders sent via E-Mail are confirmed by the Sales Assistant. A fee of a 1% of the total order value applies on all orders sent via E-Mail or Fax. A discount on Promotion or Fire-Sale items can only be applied on orders sent through the B2B System. If the goods from the order are not collected within 3 weeks of the order confirmation, the orders is considered cancelled and a storage fee can be charged.
Order Cancellation
Orders containing products with a blue marked price (Stock Items) can be cancelled 24h prior ro the dispatch. Order cancellation must be sent to our sales assistant in writing, otherwise it will be considered invalid. A cancellation fee may be charged. Bespoke or made to measure products cannot be cancelled.
Prices
All current and valid retail prices are available in the Online-Shop (they may not correspond with prices in the printed catalogue). Purchase prices are available in the B2B System after Login. Complete purchase price list can be downloaded from the B2B System if necessary.

Packaging
The supplier provides sufficient packaging to protect the shipment. In case of requests for a special packaging a packing fee of 20 € is charged.
Place of delivery
Client´s Store or Warehouse.
Returns and Refunds
- Unused and uninstalled Products in their original condition can be returnded for a refund within 8 weeks of delivery without giving a reason.
- The goods must be in 100 % condition, in intact original packaging, without the use of adhesive tapes, without handwritten notes and eligible for resale.
- The buyer shall ensure transport by regular collection to the warehouse of UBC s.r.o. or otherwise at his own expense. If a method of transport other than collection is chosen, the date of return of the goods must be announced.
- Returned goods must be stored on a pallet and sufficiently secured against damage (roofing foil, fixing tape, etc.)
- A cancellation fee of 8 % of the item value will be charged.
Any item excluding Wall and Floor Tiles, Shower Enclosures, Steel Bathtubs, goods removed from the offer and bespoke or made to measure products cann´t be returned for a refund.
Goods sent to the supplier by cash on delivery will not be accepted at all, as well as in violation of the above conditions.
The supplier cannot accept any responsibility for damages that may arise from any ommissions or errors in processing the orders.
Delivery of goods on EUROpallets
The goods can be delivered on EURO pallets.
In such case, EURO pallets will be included in both the delivery note and invoice.
The price of a EURO pallet is 6,00 € without VAT.
